How long does my order take to ship?
Typically, orders will ship within 72 hours. Please allow up to one week for shipment during a sale. For preorders, the shipment timeframe will be noted on the item page. If you purchase a pre-order item with another item, we will hold the ready garment until your preorder is ready unless you request otherwise.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! Worldwide shipping is a flat rate of $12.00.  Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees and look to the customer to research their country's policies and fees before purchasing. 
Are sale items final sale?
Purchases made using a discount code or purchases of sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
I love the dress, but what if it's not in stock?
We’re sorry about that! All of our items are handmade in limited quantities so we sell out fast.   If the dress you want is not in stock we recommend you sign up and join the VIP Club.  Our VIP customers are first to be notified when items are back in stock.  You can also follow our Instagram @saffronroadfashion and our Facebook Page.
How do I initiate a return?

Changed your mind?  Need a different size?

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise purchased on saffronroad.com.au for return. In order to be eligible for return/exchange, items must have their original tags intact. Any item with tags removed will not be considered for exchange.

Please head to our returns page and follow the steps to send back your item/s. There's no need to email us to let us know about your return, we'll contact you if there are any concerns. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. 

When will my pre-order item arrive?
The ETA for any pre-order items are listed in the product description. In stock items purchased in the same order as a pre-order items will be held aside and your whole order will be processed once the pre-orders arrive. We do not split orders.
