Returns & Exchanges

 

RETURN GUIDELINES

We accept returns on full priced items returned within 21 days of dispatch.  Please ensure you take care when trying on your items as we require items to be returned free of perfumes, deodorant and makeup.  Garments that are soiled or washed will not be accepted.
 
 

CREDITS & EXCHANGES
  • Store Credits and Exchanges are offered on full priced items received within 21 days from your dispatch date.
  • A $10 bonus credit will be applied to your return along with a free return shipping label.  You can use the original packaging or your own return bag.
  • Returns of exchanged orders are only eligible for another exchange or credit (no refunds).
  • Exchange items are held for your exchange order.  In the case that the stock is not available, a credit will be processed. 
  • We do NOT recommend exchanging for PRE-ORDER items as these are not guaranteed and will only be processed if stock is available at the time of processing.
  • Returns containing both a refund and credit or exchange will incur an $8.95 refund fee which will be deducted from your return once processed.
  • The $10 bonus credit is not applied to same item exchanges.
  • We aim to process all returns within 5 business days of receiving the return. Please allow longer for sale periods or holidays.
  • One return shipping label will be supplied free of charge
  • We do not cover return shipping for international orders. Please see details on international returns below.
  • Multiple orders can be shipped in the same return bag.  Please process separately in our returns portal and include all invoices.

REFUNDS

  • All full price items can be returned within 21 days from dispatch. An $8.95 fee will be deducted from your refund for the use of the return postage label provided.  All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. Depending on your bank, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected at your end.
  • We aim to process all returns within 5 business days of receiving the return. Please allow longer for sale periods or holidays.  One return shipping label will be supplied free of charge.  
  • Return shipping is not covered for a second return from the same order. Please email us for our returns address if you need to return extra items.
  • If your initial order was paid for using a store credit, the refund will be issued back to the same store credit number.
  • If your order was paid for using part credit card and part store credit, the store credit will be reinstated first and any remaining credit will be refunded to your credit card.  Please email us before your refund is processed if you have any questions regarding partial payments.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • For international returns, you are still able to return your order to us within 21 days from dispatch, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. 
  • We are based in Australia and currently do not cover the cost of returns for our international customers.
  • We recommend using your countries postal service to avoid excess return charges.

FAULTY ITEMS

  • If you receive an item that is defective please lodge a return in our returns portal as soon as possible.  You will be prompted to provide a photo of the defect and then can choose an exchange, credit or refund. Our staff will review your return asap and contact you if further information is required.  
  • For faulty items that are outside our returns timeframe or were purchased on sale, please email customer service with a description of the fault and 1 or 2 photos - support@saffronroadfashion.com. We will review and get back to you as soon as possible.

SALE ITEMS

  • Final sale items cannot be returned.  Please choose carefully or email us if you have any questions regarding sale items. Our friendly team are happy to assist with sizing queries.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

  • If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please process in our returns portal HERE.  We will do our best to send the correct item out to you asap and if the item is not available you will be issued with a store credit or refund.
